Project manager
As a project manager, you are ultimately responsible for various projects. You facilitate all necessary matters such as fully correct outlines, a schedule, a budget and you provide the necessary material and equipment before the start of the project. You manage a team and you keep an eye on the progress of the project (planning, quality and result). As a project manager, you make important decisions and ensure that each project is successfully completed.
Your tasks include:
- You draw up work instructions and determine the time spent on the work;
- You work out a final design, provide working drawings and a complete assignment description;
- You determine the necessary materials and equipment and order these items internally;
- You plan and order/rent required material, equipment and hired workers/subcontractors;
- You check the spent assembly hours per project.
- You check the execution drawings;
- You work out the additional work or less work and provide feedback to the customer;
- You keep in touch with the employees on the project and are the link between the external contacts and the executive team.
- You participate in and play an active part in work consultations and toolbox meetings.
What do we ask of you:
- An optimal drive to deliver good work;
- You have relevant work experience in a similar position;
- You have the flexibility and mentality to figure things out and make them a success;
- A completed MBO Electrical Engineering (level 4) education;
- You have additional training in basic safety VCA for operational managers and NEN 3140;
- You have organizational skills, are stress-resistant and solution-oriented;
