Installation new container crane

In cooperation with NDC Cranes, TES Industrial Systems has supplied the installation for a new container crane for waste processing to Cory Wandsworth in London.

The container crane, with a lifting capacity of 25T under the spreader, is equipped with Siemens frequency drives connected by a DC-bus. The DC-bus ensures that the regenerated and overflowing energy can be supplied back into the line supply.

The crane is controlled by a Siemens S1500 PLC and is equipped with two touch-screen displays. These displays are located in the cabin and in the E-container for diagnostics.

Furthermore, on the crane we have installed a TES communication module for crane monitoring and diagnostics. This makes it possible to access it at any given time.

We are currently working on producing a second crane for this customer together with our partner NDC.
