Overhaul of Portunus and Titan

TES Industrial Systems modernised the electrical installation of the Portunus and Titan cranes for ZHD in Dordrecht.

The existing relay-controlled Ward Leonard installation was replaced by an electronically-controlled Ward Leonard installation. This new installation was fitted with a S7-300 Siemens PLC and constant current regulator to drive the Ward Leonard.

TES Industrial Systems completed the hardware and software engineering as well as panel construction and installation.
