RIL Replacement e-chain®

The scope of this assignment from TATA Steel was to replace the energy chain of the installation part “Manipulator” in the RIL (Rollen Inpak Lijn).

TES Industrial Systems has replaced both the cabling of the energy chain, including the guide trough and pneumatic hose.

Prior to the execution of this assignment, a detailed plan was supplied and, of course, the installation was thoroughly tested before delivery.

The replacement, including commissioning, was carried out in continuous service within 36 hours.
